About the role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of our coating lines at the 6/2 Ghaziabad facility. You will manage shift supervisors, optimise OEE on our PSA tape and aqua coating lines, run batch traceability, and lead ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audits. The ideal candidate has hands-on coating or converting experience and is comfortable on a shop floor with chemists, machine operators, and QC technicians.

What you'll do

Run daily production planning across PSA tape, CCK liner, and aqua coating lines
Drive OEE from current ~72% to target 85% within 12 months
Maintain batch traceability and CAPA system per ISO 9001:2015
Lead supplier audits for adhesive resin, paper, and chemical inputs
Coach shift supervisors and run weekly safety briefs
Coordinate with the QC lab on COA generation and customer complaints

What we're looking for

5-8 years in coating, converting, or specialty paper manufacturing
Hands-on experience with PSA tape lines or paper coating lines
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 documentation, CAPA, and batch records
B.Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Mechanical engineering preferred
Comfort on the shop floor — this is not a desk job

Nice to have

Experience with hot-melt PSA or water-based aqua coating
Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt
Familiarity with CPCB / pollution-control compliance
